How To Order
It's easy to order with us -- we make it simple, fast, and with no signup. We accept orders via our web site as well as by toll-free telephone. You can search for items using the category links or by using our keyword search box, which is located in the top section of every page of our store.
When you are ready to purchase an item, click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You will be directed to a page where you can view all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart as well as a subtotal and shipping charges. Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the "Proceed to Checkout" button where you will enter your order information. Our checkout process is simple, fast and no sign up is necessary.
Canceling or Changing an Order
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible and have automated computer systems to process orders within minutes. For this reason, some orders cannot be cancelled. We will gladly ATTEMPT to cancel or change your order, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or changed by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy. In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-877-445-2333 or email us. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. After your payment is complete, your credit card number is deleted from our system.
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and all orders placed on The Team Store will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.
In most cases, we will not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Occasionally, we offer coupons and promotional codes to our customers via our mailing list. These coupons are not good with any other offer. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Items sold or shipped to destinations in the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.
Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product must be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will promptly be notified by a Customer Service Specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order.
Some of the products we sell are restricted by particular countries, states, or cities. By purchasing an item from our website, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and are of legal age to do so.

Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders in a very timely manner. We offer standard (Ground) and expedited shipping (Next-Day, Second Day, Third Day) on most orders -- simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.
We provide one low shipping cost, $6.95, and offer free shipping over $50!
We are proud to service our men and women in uniform by shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Simply add the item(s) you would like to your shopping cart, then click the "Continue to Checkout" button.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic laws, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. General guidelines are listed below:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Some oversized freight items do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- We do not ship to international destinations.
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the "Availability" time listed on a product's detail page), and the shipping speed that you choose. The estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout. This is especially useful if your purchase is time sensitive. By calculating an estimated delivery date, you can easily determine what shipping speed will best ensure your package gets to the desired location on time.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. For example, if you order an item that is listed as "usually leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days" and select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can determine that your order should arrive 4-7 business days after you place it.
Please note that these are estimated delivery dates which may be affected by conditions outside of our control, including bad weather or shipping company delays.
Returns and Replacements
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding custom-made or personalized items, soiled items, mattresses, pillows, unsealed baseball bats). Other acceptions also may apply. Shipping costs may apply. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us for a Return Authorization within 30 days of receipt. After receiving approval, you will have 30 days to return the item back to us.
To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. After you place your order, all credit card information is deleted from our system.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. Ever.
